Final hours BS6 Rowing Boats Giclee

Rustic rowing boats found on the Conwy River in northern Wales spied by the artist while visiting the local castle. "I spotted these wonderful boats while catching a view from the top turret of Conwy Castle and had to follow the waterfront to get a closer look," says the artist. The focal boat has beautiful weathering captured in a loose watercolor style. Pastel was added to the background boats to soften their texture and push them back into the light mist. This piece is available in giclees in a variety of scaled sizes. It coordinates well with other pieces in the Carrie's rustic boat series.
